Anchor bolts were placed about seventeen years ago. Rawl 5 piece with fixe hangers. Anchor ledge is sheltered but rock seeps and condenses frequently. Bolts feel solid but rusty. I'm willing to donate time to help replace and money but I don't have gear to fix myself.
