Chain from the top bolt connects to the lower bolt. Only the lower bolt has a rap ring, and this has two very worn caribeners attached to it (metal worn down to 1/8 of an inch). There is also a slightly worn trucker hitch connected to the chain. Seems like an unnecessarily complicated and potentially unsafe setup. |
