Description: Left hanger is a spinner, RIGHT HANGER is severely loose. I setup a quad on the anchors and noticed the left spinner, but bolts appeared good. When cleaning the route after 6 climbers had gone through, bolt was hanging about an inch and a half out of the rock.

Admin Notes

Replaced with SS Wave Glue-Ins and AC100+ Gold. Old bolts were in fracture rock, with spinning hangers and loose bolts.
