Description: Bolt 3 is very loose; I could have probably unscrewed it with my fingers! Tightened it as much as I could on the way down.

Bolt Diameter: 1/2"

1/2" SS sleeve bolts, all were below spec, #3 was very loose. Retorqued to 25lbs/ft
